Tipping Terms and Conditions

Access to, including buying and selling tips on Punters Paradise are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By buying, selling or accessing tipping information you signify your acceptance of these terms.

Any sale commission rates advertised are at a percentage which applied after GST has been excluded from a sale.

Selling Tips
1. You agree to supply horse racing tips and tipping comments to the best of your knowledge.
2. Punters Paradise reserves the right to suspend your account if your tips are deemed to be similar to the tips that have been purchased from other users or copied from another source.
3. After tips "lock out" (which is typically 20 minutes before the first race of the day) under no circumstances can the information be modified.
4. The user is aware that a percentage of each sale made will be paid to Punters Paradise, currently 30% for individual sales and subscriptions.
Buying and Accessing Tips
1. You must be over 18 years of age to purchase tips. You should comply with the law in your country concerning the age at which a person is allowed to gamble.
2. Tips may be offered seven days a week. There may, however, be some days when no tips can be advised.
3. The user is aware that a percentage of their purchases, currently 70% for individual purchases and subscriptions will be paid to the seller.
4. By following the advice of tips you realise that there is risk involved and it is possible that your stake money may be lost. You accept full responsibility for the outcome of your own bets and understand that the recommendations are for information and entertainment only.
5. The service is intended for personal use only and is not transferable. No part of the service may be reproduced, displayed in public, broadcast or used for any other purpose.
6. The user is aware that a percentage of their sales made will be paid to Punters Paradise, currently 30% for individual sales and subscriptions.
7. The user is aware that when a purchase is made their username may be made available to view by the seller. No other personal information will be shared with the seller.
Profit Guarantee
1. A user can offer a "Profit Guarantee" on each day they choose to sell tips.
2. Once results have been finalised for any given day calculations will be made to determine who is eligible to receive a part-refund from the sale (a "profit guarantee"). If, and only, if the total profit for the tips based on win betting is less than $0 the seller will not receive their 70% share of the sale, rather, it will be deposited into the buyers account.
3. A "Profit Guarantee" payment is credited to the buyers Punters Paradise account, no matter what the original payment method for the tips may have been.
Competitions
1. Tipping competitions are held for certain periods of time (as set by Punters Paradise) and are made available to users of Punters Paradise which meet certain eligibitly criteria set out by each specific competition. Eligibility criteria is specified on the competitions page.
2. Each entrant will be calculated into a position determined by their win profit history over the competition period for Australian Horse Racing events.
3. A user cannot enter a competition after the published competition start time.
4. Only one entry into a competition per person is permitted. If a user is deemed to have a secondary active account also entered into the competition, their entries will be removed with the exception of the first eligible entry that was made.
5. Punters Paradise reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any Entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
